As Methis Hotel, the security of your personal data is of great importance to us. Within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), we take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the law and securely protected. We process your personal data in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated in the Law and other relevant legislation. Within this framework, we process your personal data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, keeping it up-to-date when necessary, in accordance with the law and good faith.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Your Normal Qualified Personal Data: Identity information, contact information, signature circular, signature, bank information.

HOW DO WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We obtain your personal data through the information we request from you or other representatives/employees representing your organization, through verbal, written or electronic transmission.

FOR WHICH LEGAL REASONS DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data on the grounds that (i) it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, (ii) it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, (iii) data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

We process your personal data for the purposes of executing contract processes, ensuring communication activities, ensuring business continuity, carrying out goods/service procurement processes, finance and accounting transactions. We also process your personal data in order to fulfill our storage and archive obligations arising from the legislation.

TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We transfer your personal data to our financial advisor for the follow-up of financial and accounting transactions; to tax offices and relevant public institutions in order to fulfill our financial obligations; to banks we have contracted for payment transactions; to our lawyers, court, execution office and notary public for the follow-up and execution of legal affairs.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Regarding your personal data pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

To learn whether your personal data has been processed, and if so, to request information about it,

To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

To learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom it is transferred,

To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

To request deletion or destruction under the conditions specified in the Law,

To request notification of the transactions made in case of implementation of the correction, deletion or destruction requests to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,

If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
