As Methis Hotel, we take the necessary measures within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) to ensure the security of your personal data. We process your personal data in a lawful, accurate and up-to-date manner for specific and legitimate purposes. We undertake to keep your data only for the periods specified in the relevant legislation.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Your Personal Data of Normal Nature: Name, surname, TRKN/Passport No, accommodation dates, room number, contact information, signature, special requests (optional), bank account information, credit card information, camera recording.

HOW DO WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We obtain your personal data through your filling in the accommodation form at the reception desk, signed contracts, e-mails from agencies and our website.

FOR WHAT LEGAL REASONS DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data for reasons such as it is clearly stipulated in the law, performance of the contract, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data for the purposes of receiving reservation requests, filling out accommodation documents, receiving payments, issuing invoices, providing internet connection, physical space security, financial obligations, organizing events, sending marketing messages, satisfaction analysis and responding to requests/complaints.

TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We share your personal data with third parties such as relevant public legal entities and lawyers in line with our legal obligations. In addition, your payment information is transferred to the bank.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to request information, rectification, deletion, learning about the transfer abroad and demand compensation for damages regarding your personal data. We will finalize your applications within 30 days.
